Your time is valuable and we understand that your schedule may conflict. The majority of clients are not home during the business hours. The client does not need to be present during the performance of the work. The crews are provided with a work order reflecting the services and job specifications contracted by the client.

Upon completion of the services, Zimmerman will mail/e-mail you the invoice reflecting all the services completed. The invoices are due upon receipt. If you are home when the work is completed, you may give a check to the foreman. If you are not home, we ask that you mail a check to:

Our scheduling department will efficiently schedule services in advance, you may receive confirmation via email or phone regarding the expected service date, unless confirmed or agreed upon in advance.

Zimmerman Tree Service has different divisions within our organization, we may dispatch different crews depending on the services. For example, the general tree work crew will perform the tree removal and pruning services. The Plant Health Care services will be performed by the Plant Health Care technician separately based on the scope of the work. You may receive multiple invoices depending on the services performed. We will bill you only for services completed.

Depending on the scope of work contracted, the practices of our general tree work crews are to chip up the resulting debris and remove from your property. If contracted, large wood will be hauled and disposed of. The areas where work was performed will be blown off with the leaf blower and raked.

We are charged to deliver and dispose of resulting debris such as wood chips that are chipped from pruning, removal and hauling of large wood.

We guarantee all work will be done in a professional and workmanlike manner to the specifications in the contract. Our work will meet or exceed standards set by the American National Institute (ANSI) and the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).
