When contracted for a job, we try our best to accommodate our client’s schedule. However, we are a weather-dependent service company, and weather conditions may affect our scheduled routes. Our scheduling department will efficiently schedule services in advance. You will receive a confirmation email or a phone call regarding the expected service date, unless confirmed or agreed upon in advance.

Zimmerman Tree Service has several different divisions within our organization. We may dispatch different crew members to service your area, depending on the work that needs to be done. For example, the general tree work crew performs the tree removal and tree pruning services. The plant health care technician provides the total plant health care services separately, based on the scope of the work. You may receive more than one invoice, depending on which services will be provided. We will only bill you for the services that have been completed.

Depending on the scope of the work contracted, our general tree work crews typically chip up the resulting debris and remove it from your property. If contracted to deal with large wood, the larger pieces of wood will be hauled and disposed. The area and surrounding area where work has been done will be cleaned and/or raked.

We are charged to deliver and dispose the debris, such as woodchips that are chipped from pruning, removal, and hauling of large wood.

We guarantee that all work will be done in a professional manner to the specifications outlined in the contract. Our work will meet or exceed the standards set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). See our credentials for more information.
